Where do you ship? 
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How much does shipping cost? 
Orders totaling $115 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders under $115 have a flat shipping rate of $12.

How long will it take to receive my order? 
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After shipment, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4 to 10 business days.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location and package requirements.

Will I receive a tracking number? 
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do your prices include taxes? 
Yes, all product prices include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Can I cancel my order? 
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation if processing has begun. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following our return policy.

What is your return policy? 
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us to initiate a return.

Who pays for return shipping? 
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, SofaNook covers return shipping.

How long does it take to get a refund? 
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Are original shipping fees refundable? 
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage).

What if my item arrives damaged? 
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Do you charge restocking fees? 
No, we do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

What items cannot be returned? 
Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or shipped incorrectly.
